KATHERINE JACKSON GRANTED CUSTODY OVER MJ'S KIDS


The long awaited response to the issue on custody of Michael Jackson's official children has now been resolved through judicial process.

The probate court who has the jurisdiction over the estate of Michael Jackson in its judicial and probate proceedings finally rendered its decision in favor of Michael Jackson's mother, Katherine Jackson as the guardian of Michael Jackson's legitimate children.

Since Michael Jackson had executed a Testamentary Will over his estate, all stipulations sworn thereat should always prevail during the course of the probate proceedings to definitely adhere, serve, satisfy and fulfill all his wishes in accordance with the stipulations in his will at the time of his death.

August 3, Monday, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff rendered in his decision over the issue of Guardianship of Michael Jackson's children in favor to Katherine Jackson, mother of the late King of Pop, Michael Jackson.

The decision was in the best interests of the children, Prince Michael, 12; Paris, 11; and Prince Michael II, 7.
Katherine Jackson was likewise granted in the amount she requested as a family allowance which will reckoned to her son's death which allowance she has to receive in six months.

A separate fund specifically intended for the children was also approved at a rate of 83.5 percent. All other expenses incurred during the course of the trial shall also be put on record to protect the interests of the Will executed by the late, Michael Jackson.


All other persons except for Katherine Jackson has no legal standing to pursue any legal matters concerning the welfare of the three children of Michael Jackson.

Rest in Peace Michael. All your wishes sworn by you in your Testamentary Will would always prevail.
