I do not know why this woman came up to such decision. One thing for sure, is financial constraint, if not, she is lack of parental guidance or she has been neglected in a family. These are common problems to some neglected child, they would go for a harsh decision. This might even ruin her reputation or discredit her or be publicly humiliated but no matter what will happened, it is her decision.
