HUMAN BODY

Is human body real or personal property? A human body whether alive or dead is neither real nor personal property. Not even a property at all because it cannot be appropriated. It is indeed a thing or a being because it exists. In fact, it is a tangible or corporeal being or thing as distinguish from the human soul.

When a human being is alive, he cannot, be the object of a contract, for he is considered outside the commerce of man. He may of course, offer to another the use of various parts of his body, even the entire body itself in obligations requiring demonstration or posing in several ways, as when he poses for a painter or sculptor or donate or sell part of it, such as, blood, kidney, eyes, heart but not his body.

Therefore, human body is a being or a thing!

ANAL SEX

Perusing the virtue of sex, anal sex is not among the element of sexual intercourse. It is not within the norms of sexual intimacy. Anal sex is believed to have been designed by sexual predators who abused sex emotionally, mentally and physically.

So horrible when a woman consented herself to have been sexually intruded through her anal orifice since anal orifice is a passage  specifically designed for defecating or for solid waste disposal.

To define, anus is an opening at the lower end of the alimentary canal through which solid waste is eliminated from the body where its tiny tissues and cells could easily be disrupted when a foreign object has been inserted to it which would result to anal discomfort. The definition of the word anus is very clear and it's not been a part of the human body for purposes of sexual intercourse.

Let me tell you that inserting a penis or any foreign object in the mouth or  anal orifice of a woman or to any individual including animals is a form of physical abuse or sexual assault. It would tantamount to sexual assault or rape, for  a mere penetration of the tip or the penile erectile of a male sexual organ in the labia minora or labia majora of the female sexual organ including mouth or anal orifice constitute the crime of rape.

Long before to date,  sex is always been a part to human being even ordinary animals. It has a vital role to human in as  much as it is an expression of love. When love and sex goes along, there exist full enticement and harmony within a relationship. However, when sex is perpetrated by lust without love and respect, the act is already sexual assault.

Human being has been created extraordinarily. It has a full of wit and wisdom as it discern good judgment. His judgment consider sex a precious gift given by God hence, it is sacred. It is designed to express love with satisfaction and gratification.
 
Sexual intercourse in absence of mutual love and respect defy satisfaction and gratification, more particularly sex through the anal orifice. The female sexual organ is perfectly designed for sexual purposes, to let every woman gratify herself from sexual desire. 

I can't just imagine how could a woman satisfy herself from such kind of sex. All I can see is sexual assault.

A PLAYFUL GIANT INFANT JESUS

This is another piece to share conceptualized from the picture above-posted to make your day smile.

Of course, nobody of you here knows who this man is and I know everybody can guess. To share, he may be that man whom we knew spiritually, agree? No, I won't. What do you think?

Okay, I will tell you who he is. He is the rare, one and only newly born Giant infant Jesus Christ of the new generation. He weighs 165 lbs and 5'9 inches tall. He is that infant Jesus whose infancy possessed a extreme and unusual youthful intellect.

Upon knowing that he was born naked, he was so ashamed of his personality. So, what he did while in a manger, he gathered all the hays around him. He did place it playfully between his groin sensing that something wrong on that portion of his body because every time he moves, that unusual portion stealthily moves and grows up and he could not even control it especially when beautiful and sexy ladies were passing by.

Not only that, besides of having such extreme youthful intellect, he has also that full grown teeth and could even smile normally like a grown adult instead of being an infant. That's why, instead of covering his mouth every time he smile, he will just cover his eyes and let his Santa's hat hide his glittering fancy look.

People in the city and the neighboring cities were amazed of this report that a playful infant Jesus was born. So, they went and paid respect to visit his manger to see how does he look.

When they arrived at the place, they were so terribly amazed and surprised and said, Oh! My God! What a Jesus Christ! Is he the new Jesus Christ of the new generation? What an amazing look! People were flooding in when they heard this unusual report of a new Infant Jesus in the new generation.

When one of his flooding visitors could not stop herself from asking why he was covering the portion of his body between his groin, he answered: Do you want me to remove it? The lady visitor answered: "No, no, no, never mind, it might disturb me. Just be careful, several naughty-giant insects are playing around, he he he...."

IMPERFECTIONS

Every individual is created to be unique and different. Each is born with strengths and weaknesses. When we compare ourselves to others we begin to find out that others have something we do not possess. Qualities we often wished we have. Sometimes we have complains and even envies. All of these are imperfections.

Imperfection is where to harness what is best for ourselves and do what is right to make ourselves complete. Let not imperfection stop from doing and achieving what is best for us. Imperfection is to be happy and thankful because from it we learned to live the essence why we have been created to be unique and different. All of these is with a purpose. A purpose to make us happy and fulfilled.

So, let not imperfection stand by ourselves but as a gateway to live.

SENILE DEMENTIA

It is my usual practice to visit or drop by the church after office hours even in a very short moment just to say thank you and to pray to our Lord Almighty. After praying, I kept myself relax and remain sitting in the bench for awhile before leaving.

Yesterday afternoon after my office work while I was sitting in a bench inside the church, I saw a woman in her late 60's or early 70's of healthy and calm personality walked along with her son in early 30's whose right arm was crossed in her left arm while entering the church and on the right arm of the woman was a lady bag tacked in her armpit. They went straight forward ahead of the three benches in the same row where I was sitting.

While watching them, I could say that how lucky she was for having such healthy personality at her age with a very compassionate son. I could see the serenity on her face and on her eyes. I could describe her look a fortunate one but not totally happy.

I began then pondering things about me and my son and silently asked myself. What about me? Where would I be at her age or in my octogenarian? Will my son be still there with me and likewise compassionate? Where and to whom shall I grow old? Seems I could see myself totally depress and very much alone that nobody is around me. Seems I could hardly breathe but has nothing to do except to exhale deeply and say, am I afraid of tomorrow? Is fear within my heart? All of these things have been a question to my mind.

Since there was no mass yet because the mass will start at 5:30 in the afternoon, the church in its 3:00 o'clock afternoon solemnity and serenity where you could see everybody silently praying, was totally awaken and disrupted with a loud yelling voice. Everybody was alighted from their seats, look around to see who was yelling and screaming.

I was just surprised to see that the loud-yelling voice was the voice of the woman whom I saw and appreciated moments ago walking along with her son. The woman was already standing from her seat yelling angrily towards his son saying: "Where is my money? Where is my money? I am certain that I placed it here" showing and opening the bag to her son and immediately slapped him.

The son has nothing to do but to yell back to his mother and said: "I did not get your money! didn't!" They were already both standing and yelling to each other tending the Assistants of the church and the people to come over and pacify them. Since, they are both yelling and could not be pacified and solemnity of the church was totally disrupted by their annoyance, they were brought outside and were instructed to go home.

I do not know what happened next but my mind won't stop pondering the scene that I've seen. I was fastened from my seat and had been silent for a while.

Is the incident a consequence of senile dementia? What do you think?

HIGHLIGHTS OF MY ACCOMPLISHMENT IN WRITING FOR 2007

Before pursuing to the next facet of my writing, first and foremost, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks and gratitude to our Lord Almighty for all the blessings He  bestowed  upon me;  to my son and to my beloved mother who were always there  with their untiring  incessant support; to all my friends in Yahoo 360 whose quality accompaniment inspires me and to all my unswerving friends out there, thank you so much.

According to my late father,  writing had already been a part of myself because at my younger age, I could already  narrate to them a short story of my own composition. He often told us the same story  that I shared in my younger days when we were all at home especially during Sundays before evening prayers or before going to sleep. I also remembered that during my high school days, I wrote a song  intended to my classmates who were very close to me and a short story which was even played in a stage drama with the help of my teachers.

When I was in college, I supposed to take up Journalism but unfortunately the course was not offered in our locality so,  I took up business course. Besides, I was not permitted by my parents to study in a distant place .

The same dream did not come to realize when I work permanently in the Government however, such interruption did not stop my writing habit.  I always write  something when I have the chance to write of whatever concept I have in my mind until  writing becomes a hobby to me.  It becomes an immediate accession during solitude and is now a part of myself. I am happy to stay home just to spend time to write. I am more fascinated in poetry and an avid reader of the works of Shakespeare, Kipling, Poe and Faulkner.

In my room, my accessions and accessories are my books, dictionaries, encyclopedia and all writing materials which I could readily use when burning my midnight candles. Any concept conceived to my mind, I immediately jot down for composition.

Until the Internet comes. Its existence becomes an integral part of my research and study tending me to patronize it purportedly for my writings.  This innovation contributed a lot to my writing skill to possibly impart my work  not only within the domestic sphere but internationally.

Yahoo and its messenger was the first domain I came to join with where I met quality friends who were  also members in Yahoo 360.  I joined Yahoo 360 in the later part of 2005 but not active in Blogging.

I then came to  realize that by joining the site, I could  possibly impart my writings. So, I started writing in just a simple lines in the later part of 2006. As my mind works, it convinced me to write more until I successfully posted twenty (20) Articles in 2007 which also increases  the number of quality friends I met.

In the later part of October last year, I joined an earning site through my best friend where I posted several discussions and received cognitive responses. Although the earning is not much but am still happy  with it.  I enjoyed participating the discussions  not because of monetary consideration  but because of sharing useful insights.  

Since I am still active in the Government service, I could hardly spare my time in writing, but the same is not a bar  to  push through my writing career as I could still write  during leisure time.

The endeavors I've shared with the sites mentioned earlier, influenced me to have my own sub-domain to house my own writings and that's it, I joined in Blogger. In the 4th Quarter of 2007, I successfully posted twelve articles. 

Successfully in 2007, I posted thirty-two articles which I hopefully believed to increase exponentially not only this year but onwards thus, indicate greater opportunity to a successful career in the future and to have my own domain someday.

As an Amateur, I do need to improve my writing skills. Therefore, to all  my dear friends, thank you so much for being there and the incessant support to my writings!

FAMILY

When a man and a woman bind themselves into one and live in one roof, they became a family especially when offspring were borne to them. It is a new beginning of life in the enticement of its marital bond. They are now going to share common ancestry, goals, long commitments, love and respect to one another.

In a family, the basic role of the father is a good provider and sometimes a decision maker in absence of the mother however, there are families that decision making does not only confined to the father but both, the husband and the wife. The primary role of a mother is to take care of the household, the children and her husband. The father should see to it that he is responsive to provide all the needs of his family particularly food, shelter, clothing, health, education everything that is beneficial.

He would be reputed as an ideal father to his family and an ideal husband to his wife. Both of them, has to exercise their marital obligations faithfully, as a father and a mother, as a husband and a wife to keep the family relation harmoniously prosper.

The holy sanctuary of a family is their humble abode. An abode that is full of life. Spirit dwells within with mutual support, love, respect, faith, honor and fidelity. This is how a happy, healthy and harmonious family lives within.

Everyone of us wishes to have an ideal family. Achieving such is a great fulfillment to our lives. Nobody wants that a healthy family would severe its healthy relationship but how many family nowadays severed its ways? How many marriage last long or exist through the couple's lifetime? We could find several reasons on this fact however, in most cases, marriage usually severed by the influence of the fast growing complexities in a modern world. To this end, who bears the consequences?

SAINT NICHOLAS OR SANTA CLAUS

Who is Saint Nicholas? During Christmas Season we are happy to meet Saint Nicholas. We could see him anywhere. In our home, Malls, streets even in a small crowded place or in a busy marketplace. Children are happy to be with him because they could find a lot of fun especially when he smiles and gave them gifts.

In the real sense, we do not know him exactly. We are just admiring him in honor of his name which has been a long Christmas tradition to those who believes in Christianity. Christians revered and glorifies his name. Other Christians even call upon his name for protection and churches were built in his honor.

History reveals that there's not much we really know about Nicholas. Only that he was one of the popular Saints in the Greek and Latin churches but history document failed to attest his existence. He was known as the bishop of Myra, near modern Finike, Turkey sometime in the 300's.

He was born to a wealthy family where his deceased parents inherited him a considerable sum of money but kept none of it. The famous story about his life was he threw bags of gold through the window of three girls who forced to live in prostitution. Others said that he resurrected before the three girls after these girls were beheaded by an innkeeper.

He performed some miracles during his childhood until he was chosen by the people of Myra to become their new bishop and continued preaching but it wasn't long before when Diocletian and Maximian persecuted Christians and imprisoned their bishops. He was imprisoned but was released when Constantine became an emperor. He continued preaching in which to some it was a threat to them particularly Arianism. Other biographers claim that Nicholas attacked the heresy of Arius in a much more personal way, traveled the Council of Nicea and slapped the face of Arius which rude behavior made the other bishops in Nicea relieved him as a bishop.

Such legend of Nicholas became questionable but his story never ends even during the reign of Justinian. The emperor even dedicated a church to him in Constantinople and nearly 400 churches were dedicated in his honor in England alone during the Middle Ages.

In Germanic countries, it became hard to tell where the legend of Nicholas began. It probably tied by the gold-giving story thus, people began giving presents in his name on his feast day but when Reformation came along, all his following disappeared to Protestant countries except Holland, where his legends continued as Sinterklass. Over the years, that became re-pronounced as Kriss Kringle and is now considered another name of Santa Claus.

Christmas Season rejoiced meaningfully!

Young and old rushed themselves for some gift;
A gift of whatever worth may meet;
Congested traffic hurdling the busy street;
Praise and honor veils on Christmas zest!

Christmas ornaments perfectly crafted;
As in wishing pool, candy cane and gingerbread;
Stamp dough and classic sled graciously added;
Glittery angel flourished and shared!

Angel garland, sweet salutations ornamented;
Tasty and decorative foods merrily served;
Familial affiliation inspiringly achieved;
Christmas celebration swirling its edge!

Presents naught to young and old starving to death;
Sick and homeless deprived of humble abode;
Starvation locks to their health inflicts;
Wanting gifts perfume on Christmas celebration!

FALSE FRIENDSHIP

Almost everybody knows that the hottest trend nowadays  is  to socialize internationally through the Internet. Several social networking sites are open to let everyone socialize themselves from people around the globe. From this socialization, friendship  went through that even ended into a reciprocal relationship  to some however, only few succeed. 

Meeting people through the Internet of different culture, behavior and from a distant place is not a guarantee to vouch person's integrity and if  he is a person of good standing. Mere ephemeral conversation is not enough to know a person well. There is a need to know the person personally, his character and integrity which would take in a long process.

You may try to consider that not all declaration made by someone through the Internet especially in social networking sites  are true and correct. Most of these individuals socialize themselves to merely have fun and amusement. Eventually,  they have  that fictitious name to protect their  privacy. True identity is hard to disclose when socializing people of different culture and tradition especially people from the other side of the world. 

As a consequence, false friendship is rampant in some social networking sites where most of the victims are minors or teenagers. Adults may likewise be a victim of such however, they could easily adapt things surrounding the circumstances. What is  disgusting if an adult is the chauffeur of the ploy and worst of it, the victim is minor. It may be comprehensible if both  the author and the victim are adults, being old enough to weigh the situation but what is injurious if the victim is minor whose intellect  is incapable to weigh the circumstances surrounding him. 

Why take advantage of young intellect who usually indulge harsh decision in deciding things that are beyond their control which is crucial?

That's why parents should always be aware of what their children must be doing in venturing the Internet because we know very well that the internet is not censored. There is that easy access of different sites with inappropriate content or illegal activities not only false friendship.  One of which is solicitation of minors exploiting them to pornography by sexual predators and this is very much rampant online.

How would you know that your children of 7 or 8 years old or even 2-year-old have been exploited to pornography by sex predators? They are made to watch pornography or x-rated films and videos; let them undress or lift up their clothes to view their sexual organs on cam and become a young perverts. These are among  of the cyber crimes committed day by day.

Just the same tragic story when 13-year-old girl, Megan Meier of Missouri committed suicide because of false friendship from Myspace.com, a social networking site.  She met Josh Evans whose name was fictitious or whose myspace account was fake under the pretext that he was her friend until such Josh Evans  kept on  hurting her by sending insulting messages which led her to hang herself.

Investigation reveals that such fictitious name or fake account was created by Megan's neighbor named Lori Drew, a 47-year old lady and a mother of Megan's friend later turned out to be her enemy. It was Mrs. Drew who acted as an actor and the author of the scenario which prompted Megan to succumb her life to death.

The family of Megan and the society as well wishes her for a brighter future but without much ado all of a sudden fades away which is bear stressing.

How could this lady, Mrs. Drew committed such cruel act who acted as principal perpetrator of the crime whose level of intellect is distinct from Megan. The tragic incident is not supposed to happen because as a parent, she must find resort to resolve whatever conflict her family has or between them and the family of Meier to prosper a harmonious relationship among them rather than acting vilely which led to lost a young and innocent life. Where is now the role of a good mother and a good parent in a family?

How about the parents of Megan? Where were they when situation was not worst? Why let such tragic incident happened to their daughter without safeguarding her against imminent danger which could have prevented her death? Are they protective to Megan's life?

To weigh all, since life had been lost and a brighter tomorrow had been ceased, the conviction of Lori Drew to a lesser offense for 3 counts of Misdemeanor in violation of the Federal Computer Fraud and Abuse Act or the Anti Hacking Act for unauthorized computer use, is not even enough to indemnify  when you lost someone you love.

Mrs. Drew is punished for 1 year imprisonment and a fine of $100,000.00 per count.

The story of Megan Meier is a tocsin to every parents and children for whatever imminent danger that may happen.

ASIAN WOMEN ARE BEAUTIFUL, BRUNETTE ARE SEXY

Men particularly from the western countries mostly alleged that Asian women were beautiful while brunette were sexy. I do not know why they say so since, I considered all women to be beautiful although not all are sexy. We may try to find out.

We are very much aware that western countries has been experiencing the decline of morality for a decade now. Values to them has been disregarded specially their women. We would not say that their women were not aware of the essence of morality. Presumably, it is perhaps due to the strong influence of liberalism. Excessive liberalism certainly affect morality. The fast growing complexities in a modern world, morality has also been rapidly losing.

When a person being appreciated as sexy, it speaks of person's appealing and interesting personality influencing an ardent desire to the opposite sex both sexually and physically. Sexy applies to both, men and women however, this issue is intended for women only. So, let us focus to this concern.

The distinguishing trait of a woman as sexy is severally found among women from the western countries, being acclaimed as the most prevalent models in sex. Western women keep sex as a primary tool of existence. Without it, life to them seems worthless. Because of sex, there is a need to maintain a great sexy body as it becomes their first priority rather than health and education. Yes, a great sexy body is a total satisfaction for men's sexual desire anytime, anywhere or everywhere, it may be in love or in lust.

Men easily attracted and easily aroused looking a woman of great sexy body. Which is why men says brunette are sexy because of such provocative personality.

On the other hand, when a woman being appreciated as beautiful, she has that aesthetic admiration from anybody which responses not only in intellectual or emotional admiration but both which is severally found to Asian women. Asian women keep themselves with intellect and emotion vested with respect it may be in love or in sex. Being beautiful, it stresses visual appeal that conform to the ideals by which western men says, Asian women are beautiful and brunette are sexy.
